These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tracbuk.com (the "Site") and any services offered by TradeStar Strategies LLC, DBA Tracbuk ("Tracbuk," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Tracbuk is a marketing services agency that helps trade and home-service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, and general contracting) generate more calls and booked jobs through websites, local SEO, paid advertising, and reputation management.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or connected systems
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers connected to it

3. Requesting a growth plan / submitting your information

When you submit a form on the Site to request a growth plan or otherwise contact us, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the contact details submitted, including any phone number. Submitting a form does not obligate you to purchase any service, and it does not obligate Tracbuk to provide services until a separate agreement is signed.

4. Communications & SMS

Tracbuk's SMS program ("Tracbuk Alerts") sends text messages related to growth plan requests, appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional marketing offers to users who opt in through our website forms or other approved channels. By opting in, you agree to receive these messages at the mobile number you provide.

  • Opt-out: Text STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from Tracbuk. You will receive one final confirmation message.
  • Help / support: Text HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call (682) 310-6347.
  • Message frequency: Varies; typically no more than 4–8 messages per month.
  • Message & data rates: May apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
  • Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Eligibility / age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site, submit a form, or opt in to receive SMS messages from Tracbuk. By using the Site or opting in to our messaging program, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, features, design, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, and the "Tracbuk" name and mark — are owned by Tracbuk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tracbuk. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

Tracbuk does not guarantee specific marketing results, inquiry volume, rankings, or revenue outcomes from any service — actual results vary by business, market, and other factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tracbuk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
